-DELIVERYTIME:
* In Stock items we can deliver as soon as the payment has arrived.
* Out of Stock items we will order at the first Monday of each month and deliver to customers approx two weeks after that.
* If the deliverytime is different than mentioned, we will inform you personally.
Delivery cost for orders over 30€ included in Finland.
For smaller orders delivery cost is 3€, so you do not have any extra costs.
If order has large or heavy products, delivery cost is always 7€ in Finland.
International shipping (outside Finland), is always 7€.
Delivery cost are visible on checkout and order confirmation screen.
-DELIVERY AND PAYING METHODS:
You can pay with PAYPAL, with this method you need credit card and e-mail address.
You can pay with cash on delivery in Finland, but this way we have to add 3.90 euros in your total charge.
You can pay with eMaksut - Verkkopankit if you have Finnish bank account, Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo Pankki, POP Pankki, Tapiola, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, Aktia, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken
You can pay your purchases in advance with credit transfer (with Finnish banks only). If you use this method, you have to mention credit transfer in message section in your order and you have to add e-mail address or phone number in your personal data. Then we contact you with information about your order and our account number. We deliver the products as soon as we see your payment in our account, or as mentioned in product description. Written receipt will be sent with the products.
-You have 14 days right to return or change the products. Product have to be unopened and in good condition.
- If you want to return or chenge the product, contact us first so we can agree the details.
- Your post office in finland will send your one notice of arrival and will keep the package for arrival week and 2 weeks after that.
